We take you through the heart of Zagreb's everyday life - from the vibrant Dolac market to hidden bistros, delicatessens and bakeries that are loved only by locals. You will taste carefully selected specialties such as crispy cracklings, cottage cheese with cream, juicy burek, meat delicacies, brandy and much more. Every bite will tell you a story about the region from which it comes, opening a window into the rich culinary heritage of Croatia. In addition to the food itself, you will also meet the people behind these flavours - producers, merchants and restaurateurs who lovingly cherish the traditions of their region.
