ArhiBau 2025: Focus on Sustainable Construction, Reconstruction and Maintenance of Buildings

The Architecture and Construction Fair ArhiBau 2025, taking place from 10 to 13 September, will gather numerous experts in the field of architecture and construction. It is one of the largest events of its type in the region, bringing many experts from Croatia, the region and wider area.

At the fair, leading manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, materials, and solutions in architecture and construction will present the latest technologies and materials for modern, sustainable construction, reconstruction and maintenance of buildings, and the design of the spaces that surround us. This exhibition is an opportunity to connect with regional buyers and suppliers and find collaborators as well as to participate in responsible tasks of planning public and private spaces in the region.

The fair is accompanied by an expert conference entitled Housing for a Sustainable Community which will be joined by experts from Austria, the Netherlands, Portugal, Croatia and other countries. They will bring practical examples from their area of expertise as well as living and working environments. The conference is accompanied by an exhibition of architecture and the Creative Hub platform designed to allow expression to high school and university students and creatives who reflect on space and shape it.

This year’s ArhiBau 2025 will take place at the very centre of Zagreb, within the premises of the Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Civil Engineering and Faculty of Geodesy, at the University of Zagreb. However, the program will extend beyond the faculty buildings, in the public space to connect experts and create interactions with citizens and visitors of Zagreb.

Zagreb Design Week will take place in the same period, creating synergy of similar topics.
