“Fulir” Electric Vehicles

The City of Zagreb has launched a pilot service for free public transportation in the pedestrian zone of the city center. Transportation with small electric vehicles “Fulir” provides citizens and tourists with an environmentally friendly way to get around.

With the aim of improving the quality of life in the city centre, primarily for elderly people with impaired mobility, and also taking care of the environment, a pilot service of free public transport by electric vehicles is available in the pedestrian zone of the city centre.

In honour of the unforgettable character from Zagreb’s most famous film ‘Tko pjeva zlo ne misli’ (One Song a Day Takes Mischief Away), the service is called Fulir. The concept is inspired by a similar successful service in Ljubljana.

The service includes free transportation in the pedestrian zone of the city centre by two electric vehicles with a capacity of 5 passengers. It is available on weekdays, weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and the ride is ordered by calling the drivers who directly arrange the locations and driving routes with the users. Phone numbers of the drivers: +385 91 1111 425 and +385 91 1111 426.

Fulir is primarily intended for elderly people with impaired mobility, either fellow citizens or tourists, but it is also available to other citizens, depending on the availability of the service at a certain time.

The service is available until October, but occasional suspensions of transportation are possible in case of unfavourable weather conditions.

This is another step towards a more sustainable, accessible and friendly Zagreb. The aim of the service is to make it easier for elderly citizens and guests to get around the city centre.

Notes:

🚫 Fulir service is not available for the transportation of children unaccompanied by adults.
🚫 Adapted primarily for elderly persons and persons with mobility difficulty or disabilities (except for wheelchair users).
🚫 The service will not be provided during poor weather conditions (rain, wind).
