A Different Gastronomy: Ana Cooks, Zagreb Loves

Video series Ana Cooks, Zagreb Loves, initiated by the Zagreb Tourist Board recently, shows the capital of Croatia as an authentic and gastro-inspirational destination. In collaboration with a famous Croatian chef, Ana Ugarković, the first episode, which was aired before Easter, showed holiday dishes made from seasonal ingredients and told a gastro story of Zagreb which is unknown by many.

The simple, seasonal recipes in the first episode were inspired by Zagreb neighbourhoods, local markets and people, which will be true for all future episodes. Each video will bring a special culinary story connected to the identity of the city, but for those looking for simple gastro-challenges, it also gives advice how to prepare these dishes at home.

This episode, as well as future ones, will be aired at the YouTube channel of the Zagreb Tourist Board in Croatian and in English.
