PLACE2GO: Tourism Professionals from Croatia and The World Are Coming to Zagreb

This year again the PLACE2GO Tourism Fair connects those who offer trips and those who enjoy them or are planning to travel.

This is the 13th edition of the PLACE2GO Tourism Fair and it will take place from 20 to 22 March, at the same time as the Camping&Outdoor Fair. It is a chance to find out more about many world tourist destinations and exchange experience about all types of travel.

In addition to around a hundred exhibitors from Croatia, this year there are numerous foreign representatives. Exhibitors from Egypt, Gambia, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, the Netherlands, Belgium, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Italy, Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro have announced their participation.

During the fair, an eventful and varied programme will take place on the stage, suitable to all travel lovers; from interesting panel discussions and lectures to inspirational stories about travel. The first day of the fair, Friday 20 March, is dedicated to the professionals, so during B2B Friday tourism professionals will meet, exchange experience and agree on collaboration in a series of curated meetings. On Saturday and Sunday visitors will get a chance to attend an eventful programme joined by famous Croatian influencers. In addition to presenting destinations, they will speak about special types of trips, purchasing affordable airline tickets and adapting trips to unexpected situations.

Within the framework of PLACE2GO, the Travel Market will also take place. This is where you can book a trip, while the World Taste Market gives you a chance to buy products that remind you of favourite destinations.

The Camping & Outdoor Fair will be held on 21 and 22 March in the space of the Zagreb fair so the same tickets allow you access to the both events. They are available in the Entrio system as well as the ticket booth.
