Meetex: Marked by Record Visits and Many Activities
The 8th edition of Meetex confirms the extremely important role of promoting Croatia as a business destination, and strengthens its educational and promotive aspect.
From 17 to 19 March, Zagreb will host the 8th edition of Meetex, an international B2B forum, which is one of key platforms for promoting Croatia as a destination for business events, congresses and incentive travel. The event will take place at the Westin Zagreb hotel with the recognisable one room concept that allows for high efficiency in business meetings and quality networking.
As in previous years, Meetex is again based on carefully curated B2B business talks. A novelty of this year’s edition is the strengthening of the educational aspect of the event by introducing topical workshops. They will allow participants to exchange information and examples of good practice and better understand current trends in the business events sector.
International hosted buyers were offered a possibility to go on study trips to several Croatian destinations before and after Meetex. This year their number is even bigger than ever before, so in addition to Dubrovnik, Kvarner, central Dalmatia and Zagreb, two inland destinations will also be presented – Croatian Zagorje and Međimurje.
The fact that this year a record number of participants from transatlantic markets, North and South America and Asia, is expected at the event confirms the global relevance of Meetex. It also confirms the important role that Zagreb has as a hub for promoting Croatian offer of business events.
