Restaurant Week – The Tastiest Week of the Year!
To the delight of all who love to enjoy top class gastronomy, another Restaurant Week is ahead of us! Zagreb’s most visited gastronomic event will be held from 13 to 22 October.
Restaurants from all over Croatia, 72 of them, will be offering 648 starters, main courses and desserts with a glass of wine or an aperitif included. Each three course menu created for Restaurant Week is at a fixed price of 100 kuna. Restaurant Week is inspired by similar events which are held in the world’s great cities such as London and New York, with the aim of enabling as many people as possible to visit restaurants, to promote restaurant culture, to stimulate interaction between restaurant owners and visitors and to bring to life the gastro scene in Croatia.
Top class hotels are also getting involved in Restaurant Week with their bars. With the slogan “To the Hotel for a Cocktail”, during Restaurant Week Croatia, hotel bars will for 100 minutes each day, from 18:00 to 19:40, offer cocktails at a special price of 20-25 kuna. The culture of drinking cocktails before dinner is in this way presented to the Croatian public, and this time the following hotels are taking part: the Sheraton Zagreb Hotel (Café Imperial and the Piano Bar), Hotel Westin Zagreb (Diana Bar), Hotel Antunović (Vertigo Bar), Hotel Kaj (Lobby Bar), Grand Hotel Slavia (Kantun Bar), Hotel Gallus (Gallus Bar), and Hotel Osijek (Lobby Bar).
