The Magic of Beer Brewing

A Craft Adveb-Tour at Zmajska pivovara, guided by Master Brewers

Zmajska pivovara (Zmajska Brewery) opens its doors to beer enthusiasts who will, during a 90-minute tour of our brewery, learn how innovative and tasty beers are made, according to our dragonly recipes.

They will be guided by one of our master brewers, who will explain everything there is to know about craft beer production, the ingredients and how they are used, the tastes, aromas and techniques with which we acheive the finesse of our beers. He will also expertly reply to questions about the innovations within the production process, the Croatian and global craft beer scenes, the brewery itself and many other things.

The story of Zmajska pivovara is a story about the very beginnings of Croatian craft brewing, the passion from which sprung the first Croatian craft brewery, its great responsibility, the spreading of the craft beer scene, the creation, hand in hand with our brewer colleagues, a new beer culture of enthusiasts and explorers. It's a story about the challenge of brewing beers vith characters, beers of the highest quality, incredible combinations of tastes and aromas, beers inspired by classic styles and spiced with imagination, knowledge and good taste.

After the tour, the visitors will get to taste 4 different Zmajska beers from tap at the taproom, envisioned as a beer oasis where both beers from the core range and special seasonal beers, always highly and impetiently anticipated, are tapped. Along with the special joy of „drinking from the source“ brought by 8 permanent taps, the taproom also carries the pleasant atmosphere of a club for lovers of good beer – enthusiasts & experts who will always gladly visit it to relax with a homebrewing magazine, share some craft beer news or explain all the rich variety of craft beer styles to some craft beer „newbie“. Apart from draft beer and beer in bottles, which can also be bought to go, you can also find Zmajska t-shirts, hoodies and other assorted brewery paraphernalia, perfect mementos for the end of this exciting craft beer adventure.

I like Lisinski very much. It was very intense to perform there, because people came, listened carefully and felt the music in their hearts. Lisinski is a beautiful concert hall, and I am very honored to be performing there. I have wonderful memories of my first performance in Lisinski.

Jesse Eisenberg (actor) spent the autumn in Zagreb in 2007: Zagreb is an incredible town. I enjoyed sightseeing the old parts of the town, and at night I went to clubs. I was thrilled that it was near Austria and Italy, so I visited Venice, Milan, Ljubljana, Graz, Split... over the weekends.
