Culinary Workshop: Preparation of Štrukli
Roll up your sleeves, tie your apron and learn to prepare "štrukle" with us - a traditional appetizer of Croatian cuisine.
All of you who have experienced the smell of freshly baked štrukli, that wonderful taste of tradition on a plate, will be thrilled by this workshop that introduces you to the process of its preparation. How can one make that perfectly thin dough? What is the ideal ratio for cheese stuffing? Form your štrukli into a perfect shape, throw them into the oven and head out to Dolac market to hear stories about Zagreb customs and seasonal products. When you get back, traditional Croatian specialty will be freshly baked!
